Franchise Business "Operator Partner" Ownership Model Opportunities with Chrysolite IMC

The franchisee: This is an "Mid Status" Mid-Scale Affiliate Partner Agencies. The initial franchisee one-time investment fee of $50,000 required upon execution of agreement to join the network and use their business model, plus $87,500 with Chrysolite IMC In-house Credit Financing options available to fit your budget in the following paragraphs for our Private Wealth Management (PWM) Partner Workshop (CRE) Classes in our Private Wealth Management (PWM) business services model and takes the role as the “Operator” of the business with limited ownership.

The franchise operated will earn between 1% and 1.5% of the firm’s gross sales per year.

For example, annual sales revenue a firm generates $50 million in sales will put the owner’s earnings between $500,000-$750,000 per year.

Profit margin, a firm’s ability to control calls can impact on the final profit, which is the split with the franchisees and franchise or; Fees and expenses, the franchisee income is calculated after the firm takes a 15% operating fee and a 50% share of the pre-tax profit.
