Chrysolite Investment Management Corporation (Chrysolite IMC) is seeking motivated and professional Sales Representatives (SR) | Business Development & Client Relations team members to support the continued growth of our Private Wealth Management (PWM) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Investing divisions.

The Sales Representative will support client acquisition efforts by engaging prospective clients, generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, maintaining client communication, and supporting the Company's overall growth objectives.

 

Position Summary

The Sales Representative (SR) is an entry-to-mid-level business development role responsible for generating new opportunities, assisting with client acquisition, maintaining prospect relationships, and supporting sales growth initiatives.

This position provides an opportunity to develop expertise in consultative selling, relationship management, investment solutions, and professional business development.

The successful candidate will work closely with Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, Senior Asset Managers, and Executive Leadership to support the Company's Private Wealth Management and Commercial Real Estate growth strategies.

 

Primary Responsibilities

Business Development Activities

  • Conduct daily prospect outreach through phone calls, email, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Identify potential business owners, investors, professionals, and prospective clients.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule introductory appointments.
  • Maintain organized prospect lists and activity records.
  • Assist senior sales team members with pipeline development.
  • Participate in sales campaigns and business development initiatives.

 

Client Relations Responsibilities

The Virtual Appointment Setter plays an important role in helping our sales team identify potential clients, initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and schedule strategic meetings with qualified prospects.

Position Summary

The Virtual Appointment Setter is responsible for conducting outbound prospecting activities, engaging potential clients, qualifying interest, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate lead information within the Company's CRM system.

This position supports Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, Senior Asset Managers, and Sales Leadership by creating qualified sales opportunities and maintaining a consistent appointment pipeline.

The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, persistence, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with prospective clients.

 

Primary Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients and individuals.
  • Contact qualified leads through phone, email, and approved communication channels.
  • Introduce Chrysolite IMC and its Private Wealth Management and Commercial Real Estate investment solutions.
  • Identify prospect needs, interests, and potential opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria.
  • Maintain organized lead lists and prospect records.

 

Appointment Setting Responsibilities

  • Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives and Senior Sales Professionals.
  • Confirm appointment details with prospects.
  • Maintain appointment calendars and scheduling accuracy.
  • Provide appointment notes and prospect information to assigned sales representatives.
  • Follow up with prospects regarding scheduled meetings.
  • Track appointment outcomes and next steps.

 

CRM & Reporting Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and complete CRM records.
  • Document prospect conversations, activities, and follow-up requirements.
  • Submit daily activity reports and appointment tracking information.
  • Maintain updated lead status and pipeline information.
  • Follow Company reporting procedures and documentation standards.
