Primary Responsibilities

Executive Sales Leadership

  • Lead and oversee company sales operations and business development initiatives 
  • Develop strategic sales growth plans and revenue objectives 
  • Manage and mentor sales representatives, account executives, and business development professionals 
  • Support ongoing sales recruiting for Sales Representatives, Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, Major Account Executives and Business Development Sale Managers hiring, team building and training initiatives 
  • Drive client acquisition and company expansion initiatives 
  • Establish sales goals and performance metrics 
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives 

 

Revenue Growth & Strategic Development

  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships

Major Account Executive

This opportunity is designed for professionals capable of developing and managing high-value client relationships and enterprise-level business opportunities within our:

The ideal candidate possesses strong business development experience, executive communication skills, strategic relationship-building abilities, and a proven track record of generating business growth.

 

Primary Responsibilities

Enterprise Business Development

  • Assigned to Fortune 500 Companies within the marketplace in the med-large size business communities
  • Develop and manage major client accounts 
  • Generate high-value business opportunities 
  • Conduct strategic B2B prospecting and outreach 
  • Identify partnership and investment opportunities 
  • Coordinate executive-level client presentations 
  • Develop long-term client acquisition strategies 
  • Support company revenue growth initiatives 

 

Major Account Management

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships 
  • Understand client financial and business objectives 
  • Manage account development and client retention 
  • Maintain CRM systems and pipeline activity 
  • Coordinate follow-up communications and reporting 
  • Deliver professional customer service and account support 

 

Strategic Growth Initiatives

  • Assist with company expansion strategies

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience preferred
