TRAINING STARTS SOON – LIMITED OPENINGS
We are hiring disciplined, high-activity appointment setters to make outbound calls to U.S. and Canadian timeshare owners and schedule consultations for our sales team.
This is not a sales role and not a closing role.
You set the appointment. Our sales team closes the deal.
Our established closing team averages a 25%–40% conversion ratio and produces consistent weekly deals.
WHAT YOU CAN EARN
• $500 per appointment that converts to a deal
• Many reps earn $500 - $1,500+ per week
• Top performers often exceed $1,500+ per week

Full transparency: Track your appointments in real time while our sales team works them.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Call, qualify, and schedule appointments using our proven script.
Our counselors handle the presentation and closing.
Expected performance:
• 150+ dials per day OR 1 qualified appointments per day
• 5+ qualified appointments per week
This role is best suited for individuals comfortable making mid-volume outbound calls.

We’re looking for a Corporate Business Franchise Sales Consultant to join our Business Entrepreneur Franchise | Private Wealth Management (PWM) | Commercial Real Estate Investment Division Operations team in Florida, someone who thrives on helping others succeed, builds strong relationships, and enjoys turning insights into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with individual/business owners to strengthen and grow their businesses through our Entrepreneur Franchise Business Partnership Program.
- Sell our Private Wealth Management (PWM): Entrepreneur Small Business Workshop Program, Residential Real Estate Workshop Program and Commercial Real Estate Workshop program.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, monthly care calls, and in-person visits to coach and support performance
- Share best practices that drive revenue, profitability, and growth
- Guide franchisees through new initiatives, system standards, and operational improvements
- Ensure centers maintain brand consistency and compliance
- Host regional meetings and webinars to foster connection and collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier franchise support
What You'll Bring
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a field franchise support or operations role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to assess performance and guide strategy
• Proficient with technology, CRMs, and virtual communication tools
• Knowledge of social media marketing and community outreach initiatives
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a positive, proactive attitude
• Highly organized, energetic, and self-motivated
• Willing and able to travel frequently within assigned territory
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business sales experience is required
