  •  The franchise operated will earn fees of the firm’s gross sales per year.
  • Profit margin, a firm’s ability to control calls can impact on the final profit, which is the split with the franchisees and franchise or; Fees and expenses, the franchisee income is calculated after the firm takes a percentage operating fee and a split share of the pre-tax profit. The Operator must be hands-on (70+/hr. per week).
  • The "Operator Partner" Compensation Annual Base Salary is between ($50,000 to $125,000) and bonus potential (15–25%) based on performance.
  • Chrysolite IMC (“The franchiser”) asset ownership, traditionally, the franchise, or covers the cost of the land, the building office lease, purchasing equipment and other costs associated to the firm Equity and resale with Chrysolite IMC (“the franchiser”) bills equity and the business and can eventually sell for his profit. 
  • The franchise operator does not build equity of this kind as the business belongs to the corporation. However, the "Operating Partner" models exist where individuals manage a location with a guaranteed base salary plus profit-sharing incentives
  • The initial franchise fee for the firm because Chrysolite Investment Management Corporation (“the corporation”) owns the real estate the building the business, lease office and the equipment and covers substantially cost of opening a firm. Instead of only the business, a franchisee is an operator who pays ongoing rent, service fees, and a percentage of the sale to far corporation which retains ownership of the asset and the business itself. This model makes the entry cost slow, but it means the operator does not build equity or on the business at the end of the agreement.
